These apartments offer City convenience in comfortable modern surroundings just 3 kms from the CBD are perfect for families or work groups needing a home medium term. (Short also considered). You can bring pets, subject to approval.

They are technically apartments, but far more like stand alone homes and each is unique in it's presentation and features. This listing is for the Hacienda. It features very high ceiings, spacious lounge that opens to an inviting courtyard with a special feature of an outdoor bath. A few steps down off the patio takes you to a very large fully fenced, private grassed area with a dog kennel for your pets.Describe your property to users.

High set with a great balcony overlooking character houses of Auchenflower. This is where you will spend most of your time. There is a weber BBQ outdoor table for 4, (can seat 6). The laundry is to the side, with front loader washer/dryer. The living space is spacious and includes lounge, dining for 4 and a new kitchen. The air conditioner in the lounge can cool the entire apartment, including the 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen and the other is a single with a study desk. There is a beautifully renovated bathroom with generous shower, vanity and there is also a separate toilet.
NB no attached pet yard with this option
